What is PetDentX?
PetDentX is a B2B healthcare SaaS platform connecting Clinics, Laboratories, and Suppliers in a single workspace. Each organization (tenant) manages its own branches, staff, and data, while cross-tenant workflows — lab test ordering, procurement, invoicing — flow between them.
This manual documents how to use the platform day to day.
Start with Getting Started — creating your account, signing in, switching branches/workspaces, and setting up staff, roles, and branches. It's the same for every workspace type. Then jump to your role's guide for the full A-to-Z workflow:
- Clinic — patients, appointments, treatment plans, invoicing, ordering lab tests
